Simply fill out the form and click on "Submit Form," then advance to the "Download MetaWeb" link. When prompted select "Save to Disk" and choose a download directory on your hard disk.

When the download is completed unzip the file, launch "setup.exe" and follow the instructions on the screen. The zip file also contains the End User License Agreement (EULA, please read prior to installation), the API sample files and documentation.
